Jahangir Hossain Uzzal started his career as an IT Support Engineer at Virgo Contact Center in 2010 and later on has joined FIFO Tech in 2013 as a Call Center Operations manager. Call centre managers ensure that calls and emails are answered by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner and also being an IT Support Engineer he monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks within this firm in a technical support role.
